Refund Policy

Cancellations:

  1. If the order cancellation is requested before it is shipped, full refund will be initiated within2-4 working days.
  1. If the order cancellation is requested after the product is shipped, the refund will be initiated, after the package reaches back to us. We will deduct the shipping fee from the actual amount and refund the rest of the amount within 2-4 working days.

Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account of the name as in the "billing name", provided at the time of placing the order.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.

 

Refund: There is no refund policy once goods are delivered.

 

Return/Replacement:

  1. We will replace the product to your satisfaction, If the product received is damaged/defective or if received an incorrect product. The recipient can make return request within 24 hours of receiving the order and send us order details (order no., product name, product code, date on which the product received, issue faced, product images) via WhatsApp on ………..or email id…………… . In case of return, as we do not have a reverse pick-up facility, kindly self-ship the product to us at your own cost.
  2. Please do not accept the product if outer packaging is damaged or tampered in any way.
  3. Products approved for return should be in its original condition, should not be used ones, damaged or tampered with& Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
  4. Products damaged while being used improperly and which do not comply with our warranty terms and conditions, do not qualify for a return or replacement and will be send back to the buyer.
  5. In case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we will refund your amount within 15 days after deducting the shipping cost (if not already paid by customer at the time of purchase).
  6. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse return of used Steamers & Vaporizer and can only provide the replacement of defective part i.e. electrical unit through courier instead of the complete product with its attachments.
  7. We will initiate the return/replacement once we receive the purchased goods back and if it qualifies the QC based upon your complaint.
  8. Return/Replacement will only be shipped to the address mentioned over the Invoice and no custom/change of address request will be entertained.
